Team Coaching
Does your organization value collaboration and teamwork?
Are you committed to investing in your employees' development?
Are you open to exploring new approaches to improve team performance?
With the increasing complexity of the modern workplace, organizations are turning to team coaching to help their teams navigate challenges, improve collaboration, and achieve their goals.
Team coaching supports teams in working well together, both internally and with others. It helps create positive changes by building trust, improving how they work, and encouraging new ideas. The main aim is to make sure the team reaches its full potential and achieves its goals effectively.
According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF), team coaching is seeing a surge in popularity across various organizational settings, including private companies, public sector, and non-profit institutions.

How I Work
1. Virtual or In-Person
I offer both virtual and in-person coaching for teams, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your team's needs and preferences. Virtual coaching offers a convenient and cost-effective option for teams spread across different locations. It allows for flexible scheduling and eliminates travel time for team members. In-person coaching provides an opportunity for face-to-face interaction and better team building. In addition, in-person sessions can integrate Talking Drum music-based interventions for a deeper learning experience. I also offer the flexibility to combine virtual and in-person sessions to benefit from the advantages of both formats.

2. Process Tailored to Your Team's Real Needs
As part of the contract, we agree on the initial number of sessions. Typically, a successful coaching engagement involves a minimum of 5-6 sessions spread over 3-4 months. This timeframe allows for meaningful experimentation between sessions, enabling you to apply your learnings and reflect on your progress. The specific duration and frequency will depend on the complexity of your team's challenges, the desired outcomes, and the pace at which your team feels comfortable progressing. Importantly, you have the complete freedom to stop the coaching process at any time, whether you achieve your desired outcome sooner or have other reasons to do so.

3. Optimal Rhythm
Based on my own coaching experience and supported by the scientific research, I recommend scheduling coaching sessions at 2-3 weeks intervals, which may vary depending on the stage of the process. While standard team coaching sessions last for 2 hours, I also offer shorter and longer sessions where appropriate, depending on the format, your team's preferences and schedule.
